WHY?

Geekeerie is a venture that epitomizes a young, brimming and confident India.

We write software not because 40 Rupees make a Dollar, we write software because we love writing good software. We are not about overstaffed Software Factories, we are about developer Productivity and Joy.

We have learnt a lot of things, on how to write good software in these last few years. We want to share that with others. We want to spread the movement. We do this via our Training and Workshops business.

We want to use IT to make life better, using applications that are intutive and fill a real need, not just another social network or another "balti" to dump your digital life into. We are ready to launch our first product in a month, and are brainstorming actively on the next one.

Our dreams are big, we want to bring the RailsConf to India. We want to bring the WordCamp (Wordpress User Conference) to India.

WHAT DOES GEEKEERIE MEAN?

We are so Geeky, that the non-geeks who do not understand our geek-speak or do not understand our geek-humor, find us a bit eerie.

WHO?

Geekeerie is a startup by Sur and Manik They both love to code, blog and teach. Through Geekeerie, they are trying to find their place in the world and the meaning of their life!
